However, it can definitely be information overload, so I recommend you concentrate on the main e-book first and then work through the other material in phases of your weight reduction process.

Diet

Mike Geary reveals a comprehensive diet approach with loads of valuable information, such as detailed meal plans and fat-burning foods.  His diet approach does not include low calorie diets! He provides an extensive list of healthy, whole foods that will help you stay full and curb your appetite. In fact, he says that you don’t have to count your calories as long as you eat what he recommends, which makes things easy. To make it all even easier, he outlines a 6-step process for selecting the right foods and also lays out 84 sample meals for your convenience.

The program even goes into more advanced diet techniques, such as proper meal frequency, maintaining stable insulin levels, and even how to enjoy cheat meals without going overboard. I found that his diet secrets combined with his unique workout techniques gave me an extremely solid approach to melting off that flab and ultimately revealing my abs underneath.

Workouts

The workouts in this program are unconventional, but this is why they are so effective.
